DOND function represents : _np_x = l_x+n / l_x, which is the probability that a life age x will survive to age x+n, including present value of 1 to be paid from FromAge to ToAge allowing annual increases ConstantInPaymentIncreaseRate of and discounted back at ConstantInterestRate, annual in arrears.

D ON D function. This function can be overloaded with age/future rates. There are mutiple/overloaded version of the LONL function, each depends on input type for SI, DJ as these can be string to refer to a 1D table or a values to refer to a single rate at all ages
