Technical notes
Returns an actuarial one dimensional decrement table object. A 1D decrement consistis of a series of pair values typically representing age/value. The table has dimension 0 to 150 (151 rows) and 2 columnsIn this example the options are limited to a distinct list of Mortality Tables. A value of -999999999 denotes a value that is out of allowable range.
